STICKERHEY CANADA
Terms and Conditions
Website and Custom Printing Orders
Effective date: August 20, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern access to stickerheycanada.com and orders placed with StickerHey Canada. Please read them before requesting a quote, approving artwork, making payment, or placing an order.
Acceptance and Scope
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form a legal agreement between you and StickerHey Canada ("StickerHey", "we", "us", or "our"). They apply to your use of stickerheycanada.com (the "Website"), quote requests, artwork submissions, proofs, purchases, custom-printing services, and related shipping services.
By using the Website or approving an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you place an order for a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind that customer. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or approve an order.
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable federal, provincial, or territorial law are not excluded or limited by these Terms. If a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the mandatory right prevails to the extent of the conflict.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity conducted through the account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may refuse, suspend, or close an account where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, security risks, or material breaches of these Terms.
Products and Website Information
We provide custom stickers, labels, decals, and related printed products in materials, sizes, shapes, finishes, and quantities described on the Website or in a written quote. Product photographs, mockups, dimensions, colours, and descriptions are illustrative. The final approved proof and written order specifications control.
We try to keep the Website accurate, but typographical errors, outdated content, or inconsistent statements may occur. Before accepting payment, we may correct an obvious error and provide updated order details for your approval. We will not substitute materially different specifications without your agreement.
Quotes, Orders, and Contract Formation
A quote request, file upload, or Website submission is not an accepted order. An order becomes binding when we confirm the specifications and total price in writing, receive any required payment, and receive your final artwork approval. We may decline an order before acceptance, including where production is unavailable, specifications are incomplete, pricing is erroneous, or submitted content is prohibited.
Your order confirmation or invoice should identify the customer, products, quantity, size, material, finish, price, taxes, shipping terms, delivery or production estimate, and other material terms. Keep a copy for your records. If the order confirmation conflicts with these Terms, the order confirmation controls for that order only.
Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Unless stated otherwise, prices are in Canadian dollars. A "starting at" price is not a final price. The final price depends on specifications such as size, material, finish, shape, quantity, artwork services, revisions, shipping destination, and special handling. We will disclose the total amount payable before accepting the order.
You must pay using an accepted payment method by the stated due date. You authorize us and our payment provider to process the approved amount. Applicable sales taxes will be shown on the quote, invoice, or checkout record. We may pause proofing, production, or shipping until cleared payment is received.
Discounts and promotional offers are subject to their stated conditions, are not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined unless we expressly agree.
Minimum Order Quantities
Minimum quantities vary by product and will be disclosed on the product page or written quote. Unless a written quote states otherwise, brewery sticker orders generally require 50-100 pieces depending on the product. The confirmed quantity in the order record controls.
Artwork Submission and Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, print-ready artwork and instructions. Accepted formats may include PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI, and EPS, as stated for the relevant product. Raster artwork should generally be 300 DPI or higher at final size. CMYK is preferred; RGB files may be converted and may display or print differently.
You must review spelling, grammar, contact details, dates, dimensions, orientation, cut lines, bleeds, transparency, colours, barcodes, regulatory text, and all other content. We may identify apparent issues as a courtesy, but we are not responsible for proofreading, legal compliance, or verifying technical information unless a written service expressly says otherwise.
Proofs, Revisions, and Approval
Each custom order includes a free digital final proof before printing. Production begins only after you approve the proof in writing or through the approval method we provide. One proof revision round is included unless the quote states otherwise. We will disclose any fee for additional revisions before performing them.
Approval confirms that the proof's artwork, text, layout, cut path, dimensions, material, finish, quantity, and other displayed specifications are accepted. Changes requested after approval may require a new quote, additional fees, and a revised schedule. We are not responsible for errors visible in an approved proof, except where mandatory law provides otherwise or the delivered product does not reasonably match the approved proof.
Colour, Cutting, and Manufacturing Variations
Screens, printers, materials, laminates, coatings, and lighting reproduce colours differently. Exact colour matching is not guaranteed unless a written colour-matching service is included. Minor differences between screen previews, proofs, samples, repeat orders, and finished products may occur.
Custom printing and die cutting may also involve minor variations in colour, trim, registration, placement, dimensions, finish, or quantity that are customary and reasonable for the process. A variation is not a defect if the product remains materially consistent with the approved proof, agreed specifications, and applicable quality standards.
Changes and Cancellations
Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. We may accept a cancellation before production begins, subject to reimbursement of non-recoverable payment-processing, artwork, material, or setup costs already incurred and disclosed to you. Once artwork is approved or production has begun, custom orders generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
Nothing in this section limits a cancellation or refund right that cannot legally be waived.
Production Times
Most custom orders are printed and shipped within 8-10 business days after final artwork approval and receipt of required payment, unless the written quote states otherwise. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and statutory holidays in Ontario.
Production and delivery times are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Customer delays, artwork changes, payment delays, material availability, courier disruptions, severe weather, equipment issues, or events outside our reasonable control may extend the schedule. We will communicate material delays and any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the address approved in the order record. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient name, company name, street address, unit number, postal code, telephone number, and delivery instructions. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, missed delivery, or requested redirection may be charged where legally permitted and disclosed.
Standard shipping within Canada is free where stated on the Website or quote. For shipments to Canadian addresses, applicable courier shipping taxes and fees are covered where the order states that shipping is included, so the recipient should not be required to pay additional courier taxes or fees on delivery. If an exceptional charge may apply, we will disclose it before accepting the order where reasonably possible.
Tracking information may be provided when available. Delivery scans, signature records, building reception, mailroom acceptance, or courier confirmation may constitute evidence of delivery. Risk of loss remains allocated as required by applicable law.
International Shipping
International shipping availability, charges, duties, taxes, brokerage, customs requirements, and delivery estimates will be stated in the quote or order record. Unless the order expressly states that duties and taxes are prepaid, the recipient is responsible for import charges imposed by the destination country. Customs delays are outside our control.
Inspection and Order Problems
Inspect the shipment promptly after delivery. If products are damaged, materially defective, incorrectly produced, or materially different from the approved specifications, contact info@stickerheycanada.com as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within seven calendar days. Include the order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the products and packaging, and the affected quantity. Keep the products and packaging until we complete our review.
A notification period helps us investigate courier and production claims, but it does not eliminate any mandatory legal right. We may request a reasonable sample or return of affected products at our cost before providing a remedy.
Custom Products, Returns, Refunds, and Reprints
Because products are custom-made, correctly produced products generally cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, unused quantity, errors present in an approved proof, or differences that fall within reasonable manufacturing tolerances.
If we confirm that products are damaged, materially defective, incorrectly produced, or materially inconsistent with the approved proof, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include reprinting the affected quantity, replacement, repair, a price adjustment, or refund. The remedy will reflect the nature and extent of the problem and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Do not discard, alter, resell, or use products claimed to be defective if doing so would unreasonably prevent inspection or increase the loss. We do not require you to surrender rights that cannot legally be waived.
Customer Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of artwork and other content you submit. You grant us and our production, payment, hosting, and delivery service providers a limited, non-exclusive licence to copy, modify for production, transmit, store, manufacture, and deliver that content solely to process the order, provide support, maintain records, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
You represent that you own the submitted content or have all permissions required to reproduce it and that our authorized use will not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, moral, contractual, or other rights. You remain responsible for licences involving logos, photographs, fonts, stock assets, characters, brands, and regulated label content.
We will not publicly use customer artwork, product photographs, names, or logos for marketing without permission, except for incidental uses permitted by law.
Prohibited Content and Orders
You may not submit or order content that is unlawful; fraudulent; defamatory; threatening; hateful; exploitative; sexually abusive; invasive of privacy; misleading about source or endorsement; or infringing of intellectual-property or other rights. You may not use our products or Website to violate sanctions, export controls, labelling rules, consumer-protection laws, or other applicable requirements.
We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably believe the content or transaction creates legal, safety, fraud, payment, security, or reputational risk. If we cancel before production for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund amounts paid for the unproduced order.
Website Content and Our Intellectual Property
The Website, branding, layout, text, graphics, product photographs, templates, software, and other materials owned by or licensed to us are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the Website only for lawful personal or business purchasing purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or exploit the Website or our materials except as permitted by law or with written permission.
Privacy and Electronic Communications
Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, safeguard, and retain personal information. By submitting information, you acknowledge that it will be handled as described in that policy and applicable law. Service providers may process information in other jurisdictions, subject to appropriate contractual and legal safeguards.
You consent to receiving transactional messages needed to administer quotes, proofs, payments, production, shipping, support, and account security. Marketing messages will be sent only as permitted by law, and you may unsubscribe from marketing without affecting transactional communications.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Website and order process may use third-party hosting, payment, file-storage, analytics, production, and courier services or link to third-party websites. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are responsible for our own obligations but do not control independent third-party websites or services.
Disclaimers
Except for express commitments in an accepted order and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the Website is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately.
Product suitability depends on surface, application method, temperature, moisture, chemicals, storage, handling, and intended use. Product descriptions are general guidance. You are responsible for testing suitability for critical, regulated, food-contact, outdoor, safety, or high-value applications unless we expressly agree in writing to a specific performance standard.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity, arising from an order or the Website where such loss was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order. These limitations do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, infringement by us, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of privacy obligations, or any liability or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Customer Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify StickerHey Canada and its service providers against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from customer-supplied content, your lack of rights to reproduce that content, unlawful instructions, or material misuse of the products or Website. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our breach, negligence, or wilful misconduct.
Events Outside Reasonable Control
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, labour disruption, transportation interruption, border or customs action, government order, utility or telecommunications failure, cyberattack despite reasonable safeguards, material shortage, or courier failure. The affected party will take reasonable steps to limit the impact. Payment obligations for work already completed are not excused.
Language and Quebec Customers
Where Quebec language law applies to a standard-form or consumer contract, the applicable standard clauses must be made available in French before a customer is asked to agree to an English version. The English version will apply only where the customer expressly chooses it after receiving the required French version. If there is a discrepancy, the version or interpretation required by applicable law will govern.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and each order are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right allowing a consumer to bring a claim in another province or territory.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief, meeting a limitation period, using an applicable consumer complaint process, or exercising a non-waivable right.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively. The Terms accepted with an order continue to govern that order unless the parties agree otherwise or a change is required by law. Material changes will be communicated where required.
General Terms
These Terms, the accepted quote or order confirmation, the approved proof, and any policies expressly incorporated into the order form the entire agreement for that order. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue.
A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign an accepted order without our written consent, except where law permits. We may use subcontractors and service providers to fulfil our obligations while remaining responsible for duties that applicable law does not permit us to transfer.
Headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation. "Including" means "including without limitation." Electronic approvals, records, and signatures may be used to the extent permitted by law.
